Ordering

Ordering Luna Studio Tile creations is done securely via PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account. Any ol' credit card will do. It's very secure; I never even see your credit card info.

If you prefer to pay by check, just contact me by regular mail, email or telephone I'll be happy to help.
If you'd like to place a bulk or wholesale order, just call or email.

Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped from South Portland, Maine via UPS Ground, which means if you're in the continental U.S. you'll get your order within a week.

Returns

Every Luna Studio Tile item is hand drawn, glazed and fired in a kiln at extremely high temperatures. Due to the process and variables, I cannot guarantee exact replicas of images shown on the website. If you would like to return an item, contact me and we'll work out the details for a refund and return shipping of the item.
